脑磁图的基本原理及在精神科的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 中枢神经细胞兴奋时可产生局部的生物电流,而电流产生磁场。脑磁图(magnetoencephalography,MEG)是通过超导量子干涉仪(superconducting quantum interference device,SQUID),实时记录神经细胞兴奋时所产生的磁场变化的一种无创检查,可反映脑的功能。随着计算机技术及医学影像技术的发展,MEG正逐步应用于神经内、外科和精神科疾病的诊断及治疗,并在脑功能区定位和认知功能研究方面,发挥越来越大的作用。
