摘要
为满足制造企业多样化、高效率的加工误差数字化分析需求,实现单元应用以及与制造信息系统的集成化应用。通过分析和构建加工误差统计分析领域模型,提出并实现了基于SPSS (Statistical Packase for the Social Science,社会科学统计软件包)的可重构加工误差分析系统。通过引入SPSS组件,执行SPSS Syntax命令。基于SPSS强大的统计分析功能实现对加工误差的可视化统计分析,并以组件化的可重构架构满足企业应用模式和配置模式的可重构需求。最后以实例说明系统具有良好的可用性,为制造企业全面质量控制提供应用平台和一种数字化手段。
Aiming to meet the requirements that manufacturing enterprises need the digital machining error analysis method with diversification and high efficiency to be applied independently or integrated with manufacturing information systems, a SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science)-based restructurable manufacturing error analysis system is proposed and implemented through analyzing and building domain model. The system introduces SPSS powerful statistical analysis functions to implement visual manufacturing error analysis by referencing SPSS components and executing SPSS Syntax commands. The component architecture and hot spots technology can meet the requirements of application mode reconstruction and configuration model reconstruction for manufacturing error analysis. At last an application instance is shown to confirm that the system with well usability provides a digital method and application platform for total quality management of manufacturing enterprises.
