摘要
主要论述了在电火花成型加工技术中,如何准确采集放电间隙信号,并应用模糊控制策略于放电间隙的控制以及与传统控制策略的结合问题。首先介绍了电火花放电状态的特点,然后介绍了传统控制策略,讨论了模糊控制器的设计,进一步提出了一种复合式控制系统的概念。
This article mainly discussed how to apply the fuzzy control strategy into the control of discharging clearance and how to work with traditional control strategy. This article first illustrated the characteristics of discharging state, then introduced the idea of traditional control strategy and fuzzy controller, finally put forward a concept of composite control system.
