摘要
结合空间矢量PWM与直接转矩控制的特点提出一种空间矢量转矩控制方法。利用直接转矩控制中检测与估算的信号根据定子电压计算模型进行推导,得出定子电压的两相运动坐标系分量并合成定子电压,以此为基础重新设计系统控制结构。该方法充分借助SVPWM连续调节的优点,回避了传统直接转矩控制通过6个离散的基本空间矢量对定子磁链及电磁转矩实施控制而造成的转矩与电流脉动,保留直接转矩控制响应迅速、控制简单的特点,兼顾了系统快速性与高精度要求。仿真与实验结果证明该方法的有效性。
A space vector torque control method was presented in this paper, which combines the characteristics of direct torque control and space vector PWM. The components of stator voltage in to phase rotating coordinate was deduced from the stator voltage calculate model with the detected signals by DTC, which were used to compose the stator voltage. Based on this, the control structure was redesigned. By the continuous modulation of space vector PWM, the discrete modulation method of DTC was avoided and the pulsation of current and torque was remedied. The quick response of DTC was kept. The rapidity and high precision of control system were reached at the same time. The results of simulation and experiment have proved the validity of this method.
