摘要 在石化装置中,安全仪表系统的设计至关重要,危害和可操作性研究为安全仪表系统的设置提供了坚实的基础。重点介绍了安全度等级的确定和安全仪表系统的设计原则,对系统安全仪表进行严格、合理的配置。 It is very important for design of a safety instrument system in petrochemical plants. HAZOP （Hazard and Operability Study） provides the strong foundation for configuration of the safety instrument system （SIS）. Determination of the safety integrity level （SIL） and deign principle of the safety instrumented system （SIS） is described. The configuration of SIS shall be rational.
