摘要
以8×600 MW机组为工程背景,首先对烟气脱硫系统的工艺进行了概述,介绍了烟气脱硫系统的组成及工作原理,并分析了系统的控制要求和控制功能,设计了烟气脱硫自动控制系统和基于工控组态软件的计算机监控系统。该系统主要由上位计算机、PLC控制系统和现场智能监控仪表等组成。
Taking the 8 × 600 MW unit as the project background, the design of a automatic control system and computer supervisory system based on configuration software in the FGD (fuel gas desulfurization) has been designed. The system is composed with upper place computer, PLC control system and intelligent monitor instruments in the field, etc..
