摘要
根据绕丝式超高压容器设计的特点,确定了设计变量、建立了目标函数和模糊约束条件,提出了容器筒体模糊优化数学模型。通过模糊约束隶属函数分析和运用二级模糊综合评判方法确定出了最优水平截集,将非对称模糊优化问题转化为最优水平截集上的常规优化模型。通过实例进行了模糊优化设计,验证了文中提出的数学模型和优化方法。优化后的超高压容器在承载能力及生产能力不变的前提下,质量比常规设计减轻27.1%,大大减小了整个装置的体积。
The design variable, objective function and fuzzy constraint condition is determined and the fuzzy optimization mathematics model of vessel shells is put forward according to the design characteristic of wire-wounded ultra- high pressure vessel. The optimal level assembly is obtained by analyzing the membership function of fuzzy constraint and using second level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and the unsymmetrical fuzzy optimization is transformed to general optimization model. The optimization mathematics model and method is validated by example. Through of the fuzzy optimization design, the weight of ultra - high pressure vessel reduced 27.1% than the general design results. So the volume of the device is reduced greatly.
