摘要
重点介绍SA336F22CL3钢制高压换热器制造过程中的材料技术指标、复验、焊接工艺过程控制及检验。通过选取适当的焊接、热处理及组装工艺,制成的高压换热器较好地保证了产品质量,各项力学性能指标包括焊接接头的抗回火脆性性能均达到设计要求,为同类钢材关键设备的国产化提供了借鉴。
This paper mainly introduces the technical index of material, the method of testing, the control of weld craftwork and inspection while manufacturing the high pressure heat exchanger made of the steel SA336F22CL3. It has been finished the high pressure heat exchanger well by adopted reasonable welding, treatment and procedure of fixing, and ensured the quality of product, all the machines include the resist temper embrittlement capability meet the requirement of the blueprint completely, it provided the reference effect on the home manufacturing of the key equipments.
