摘要
研究了热成形和热成形后不同热处理制度对16MnR+00Cr17Ni14Mo2复合钢板组织结构、力学性能和不锈钢耐腐蚀性的影响,并结合实际产品进行了验证,认为适当温度的热成形可以代替正火,其组织结构和力学性能优于通常的正火。1030℃加热对复层喷水是该复合板热成形后的最佳热处理制度。
It's reported in this thesis that during and after the hot forming, different heat treatment regimes are analysized and concluded to make effect on the microstructure, mechanic performance and anti - intergranular corrosion of stainless steel, and qualified in term of actual products. It shows that hot forming in proper temperature can instead of normalization, resulting to the construction prior to that in normalizing. To heat to 1030 ℃ and spray to the combination is the optimum heat treatment regime after combined plate hot forming, and qualified in term of actual products.
