摘要
将含有重组ＨＢｓＡｇ的ｐＭＥＰ４表达性质粒转染ＨｅｐＧ２，ＣＨＯ，Ｃ１２７和ＣＶ１细胞，并用ＥＬＩＳＡ检测表达量，结果在ＨｅｐＧ２细胞中的表达量较高，在Ｃ１２７和ＣＶ１细胞中的表达量偏低，而在ＣＨＯ细胞中没有表达。
The pMEP4 expressing plasmid containing HBsAg gene was transfected into different mamalian cell lines,including HepG2,CHO,C127,and CV1 cell.The supernatant was collected and tested with HBsAg ELISA kit after transfection.Result showed that the expressing level of HepG2 cell for HBsAg was higher than that of C127 and CV1.But CHO cell can not express HBsAg.
