摘要
将含有重组HBsAg的pMEP4表达性质粒转染HepG2,CHO,C127和CV1细胞,并用ELISA检测表达量,结果在HepG2细胞中的表达量较高,在C127和CV1细胞中的表达量偏低,而在CHO细胞中没有表达。
The pMEP4 expressing plasmid containing HBsAg gene was transfected into different mamalian cell lines,including HepG2,CHO,C127,and CV1 cell.The supernatant was collected and tested with HBsAg ELISA kit after transfection.Result showed that the expressing level of HepG2 cell for HBsAg was higher than that of C127 and CV1.But CHO cell can not express HBsAg.
