摘要
应用合成ＨＥＶ多肽作为包被抗原，按间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法，研制成ＨＥＶ抗体检测试剂盒，并用于检测标本１０５４份，其中献血员样品２００份，阳性率为１％；体检样品５０２份，阳性率为１．５９％；医院病人样品３５２份，阳性率为１０．８％。
An indirect ELISA was developed for the detection of anti HEV.The polyvinyl microtiter plates were coated with HEV pepticies that comes from corporation YES in Canada.The secoad antibody is mouse anti human IgG.This ELISA kit was used to detect 1054 specimens.The results showed that the positive rate of anti HEV in donor is 1%,in ill men is 10.8%,in common people is 1.59%.
