浅探开发建设项目水土流失预测存在的问题及建议

Discussions on the Existing Problems and Suggestions of Forecasting Soil and Water Losses on Construction Project

针对开发建设项目水土流失预测存在的问题,建议相关部门加强水土流失预测方法研究,重视水土保持监测工作,在今后的水土流失预测时应注意水土流失危害的预测,保持施工准备期和施工期的水土流失预测范围与项目建设区一致,不应包括直接影响区;对水土流失中水蚀、风蚀、重力侵蚀、泥石流等应同样认真预测;对改建项目,不再把最原始的土地利用作为改建预测的原地貌依据。

In view of the existing problems of forecasting the soil and water losses on construction project, this paper suggests that the relevant departments should strengthen the study on forecasting method of soil and water losses, pay attention to the work of soil and water conservation monitoring and the harmfulness forecasting of soil and water loss. The forecasting range of soil and water losses in the construction preparatory period and construction period should be tallied with that of project construction zone, not including those direct affecting zone. The forecasting of those soil and water losses types such as water erosion, wind erosion, gravity erosion and mudflow should be paid equal attention. For those modification projects, the original land utilization should not be used as the basis of original landform of modification forecasting.
