摘要 水库汛限水位动态控制的关键在于水情测报系统、洪水预报和天气预报等信息的可利用性研究几方面。为此,以桓仁水电站汛限水位动态控制研究为背景,研究了上述几方面的关键问题,在2005、2006年水库实际洪水调度中,动态控制汛限水位,取得了较好的发电效益。分析认为,桓仁水库无论是水情自动测报系统建设、洪水及退水预报方案还是气象预报都具备了汛限水位动态控制研究与应用的条件。 The key of dynamic control of the flood limited level of reservoir is the availability study of water regime measurement system, flood forecasting and weather forecasting. For this reason, this paper takes the study on the dynamic control of flood limited level of Huanren Reservoir as example and studies the above-mentioned problems. In the actual flood regulation of the reservoir in 2005 and in 2006, the use of the dynamic control of flood limited level had achieved better power generation benefits. The analysis considered that the Huanren reservoir has the research and application conditions of dynamic control of flood limited level for its construction of automatic water regime measurement system, flood and regression forecasting scheme and weather forecasting system.
