摘要
对水轮机转轮内部三维紊流计算的基本方法进行了简要介绍,并采用贴体坐标下的有限体积法和k-ε模型,对丰满水电站7号水轮机转轮内部的三维粘性流动进行数值模拟,确定了转轮叶片的切割量,从而对7号水轮机转轮进行割边增容,收到了较好的效果,为老旧水轮机增容改造探索出一条新的道路。
The basic method of 3-D steady turbulent flow simulation in the inner of Francis runner is introduced in this paper. Finite volume in the body-fitted coordination method and k-ε model were applied to simulate the 3-D flow in the runner of Fengman Hydropower Station unit 7. The cut-off amount of railing edges of the runner blades were determined, therefore the output power was increased. It proved a new and effective way for old unit to increase its output.
