银杏达莫对急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均予阿司匹林、血塞通等常规治疗,观察组加用银杏达莫注射液20 ml(加入液体中)静滴,疗程14 d。检测两组治疗前和治疗后3、7、14 d血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)浓度。结果治疗后两组血浆LPA水平均逐渐降低,观察组治疗后7 d、对照组治疗后14 d接近正常值;观察组治疗后3、7 d血浆LPA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。提示银杏达莫能显著降低急性脑梗死患者的血浆LPA水平。
