摘要
银盘水库预泄调度方式的研究思路为:主汛期在不出现相应库区防护标准洪水的水情时,水库按满足发电和反调节的水位运用,即按正常蓄水位215 m、死水位211.5 m运行,满足彭水坝下最低通航水位和对彭水日调节释放的不恒定流进行反调节所需库容的要求;当遭遇相应库区防护洪水的水情时,水库自运行水位预泄至满足库区防护要求的水位迎汛,洪水过后再回充至水库正常蓄水位215 m。银盘水库拟定调度方式主要考虑的因素有:①选择具有代表性的洪水样本;②推求满足库区防护要求的预泄水位;③拟定制约预泄调度方式的边界条件;④选择开始预泄的水情(判别条件)和预泄流量;⑤形成预泄调度方式,分析预泄影响和效果(效益)。
The research way for pre-discharge regulation for Yinpan hydropower station is that if flood dose not reach protection standard for the reservoir area in main flood season,the power station operates in the principle of meeting power generation and reregulation water level,i.e.,the normal storage water level of 215 m,dead storage level of 211.5 m,for meeting the lowest water level of downstream navigation and the computed reservoir capacity required for reregulating non-steady flow discharged from upstream Pengshui hydropower station by day-regulation;if flood reaches flood control water level in the reservoir area,water level should be lowered to flood control level,and restored to the normal level of 215 m after flood.The main factors considered in regulation design for Yinpan reservoir are: ①selecting representative flood sample;② computing pre-discharge level which meets flood control in the reservoir area;③ determining boundary condition which limits pre-discharge regulation way;④ selecting discrimination condition of pre-discharge flood and discharge;⑤formulating pre-discharge regulation way and analyzing the influence and effect of pre-discharge.
