摘要 乌江银盘水电站具有泄洪流量大、上、下游水位差小、下游水位变幅大等特点,泄洪消能布置要考虑通航、发电和施工导流等因素的影响。模型试验结果表明:电站设置10个泄洪表孔,堰顶高程为195 m,孔宽15.5 m,三期截流左区4孔预留缺口180 m,泄流能力满足要求;泄洪消能建筑物结合电站运行及施工导流方案分3区布置,中区、右区为底流消能,左区为面流消能;通航条件下(5500 m3/s以下)不使用左区单独泄洪,上、下游引航道口门区的水流条件基本满足通航要求。 Yinpan hydropower station on the Wujiang river is characterized by large discharging flood,small water head difference and large water level variation amplitude etc.The navigation,power generation and construction diversion etc.should be considered in the design of energy dissipation structure layout for flood discharging.The model test demonstrates that for 10 top openings with crest elevation of 195 m and opening width of 15.5 m and 4 outlets preserved in left zone with width of 180 m during river closure,the flood discharging capacity meets design requirement;in the combination of power station operation and construction diversion,the flood discharging structures are arranged in 3 zones,the middle and right zones for bottom energy dissipation,the left zone for surface energy dissipation;for the navigation condition of 5 500 m3/s,if flood is not discharged alone in the left zone,the flow condition in entry area of approach channel meets navigation requirement basically.
