摘要
在等离子喷涂过程中实时导入超声激励,进行ZrO2热障涂层制备。喷涂过程中保证超声激励频率不变,改变超声激励电压,并与不加超声进行对比,研究了其对涂层结合强度的影响。结果表明,施加适当的超声激励电压对涂层结合强度的提高和稳定可起到促进的作用。
ZrO_2 thermal barrier coating was prepared by plasma spraying in the presence of arc-ultrasonic irradiation.The effect of the arc-ultrasonic irradiation on the adhesion strength of the coating was investigated by keeping the ultrasonic frequency constant and changing the voltage,using the coating prepared in the absence of the arc-ultrasonic irradiation as a reference.It was found that the introduction of proper arc-ultrasonic voltage contributed to improve the adhesion strength of the coating and the stability of the plasma spraying process as well.
