摘要
在铜片上进行了RE-Ni-Fe-P-PTFE复合镀层的电沉积试验,探讨了表面活性剂、PTFE乳液悬浮量以及稀土离子对镀层中PTFE含量的影响。结果表明,控制稀土镧等元素的加入量3g/L,PTFE复配乳液悬浮量50mL/L,温度55℃,电流密度10A/dm2进行电沉积,可以制备出表面平整、摩擦系数显著降低的RE-Ni-Fe-P-PTFE复合镀层。
RE-Ni-Fe-P PTFE composite coating was prepared using electroplating.The effects of surfactants and the dosage of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)emulsion and rare earth i-ons on the content of PTFE in the composite coating were investigated.Results showed that it was feasible to prepare desired RE-Ni-Fe-P-PTFE composite coating with reduced friction coefficient by electrodeposition from the bath containing 3 g/L La ions and 50 ml/L PTFE,at a temperature of 55 ℃ and a current density of 10 A/dm2.
