摘要
采用蒙脱土对吗啉类气相缓蚀剂进行改性,通过气相防锈甄别试验和气相缓蚀能力试验,对改性气相缓蚀剂进行了防锈性能评定,结果表明,蒙脱土的引入增强了气相缓蚀剂的缓蚀能力。密闭空间挥发减重试验表明,改性气相缓蚀剂的挥发能力有所提高。模拟大气腐蚀水的电化学极化曲线表明,蒙脱土的引入进一步增大了对阳极和阴极电化学过程的抑制作用。
Montmorillonite was used to modify mor-pholinium volatile corrosion inhibitor.The antirust behavior of the modified volatile corrosion inhibitor was evaluated using volatile inhibition sieve test(VIS)and volatile inhibitor ability test(VIA).Results showed that the modification of the volatile corrosion inhibitor by montmorillonite contributed to increase its inhibition ability.The weight-loss test in a closed chamber indicated that the montmorillonite was capable of improving the volatility of the morpholinium volatile corrosion inhibitor.The polarization curves in stimulated atmospheric corrosive water showed that the montmorillonite functioned to suppress the anodic and cathodic electrochemical processes.In general,the montmorillonite-modified morpholinium volatile corrosion inhibitor could be well used for prevent metals from corrosion.
