摘要
利用NMR、2D NMR及IR、UV、MS等实验技术,研究了胸腺五肽的分子结构特征。借助1H-1H COSY、13C-1H COSY及DEPT实验技术对胸腺五肽的氢谱和碳谱进行了完全归属,为多肽类药物的结构解析提供科学分析依据。
The ^1H, ^13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and 2D NMR spectra were reported for thymopentin, a cellular immunity modulator. By using infrared (IR), ultraviolet (UV), mass spectrometry (MS) techniques, along with ^1H-^1H correlation spectrometry (COSY) and distorsionless enhancement by polarization transfer (DEPT), the proton and carbon-13 spectra were assigned completely.
