摘要
组蛋白密码学说提出后,大大丰富了人们对遗传信息的认识,使得组蛋白修饰的研究备受瞩目。近年来包括组蛋白乙酰化、甲基化、磷酸化、泛素化等在内的多种共价化学修饰在植物生长发育过程中参与基因表达调控的作用机制逐渐被阐明,组蛋白各种修饰之间的相互关系也有了进一步的认识。随着研究的深入,将加快组蛋白密码的破译,帮助我们认清植物基因表达调控的本质。
Allis's proposition of the existence of “histone code” enriched our understanding greatly to the genetic information and made the investigation of histone modification a heated field. In recent years the functional mechanism of many kinds of covalent chemical modifications, including histone acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation, ubiquitination and so on, was elucidated gradually on the expression and regulation of gene in the plants' growth process. The relationship among all the histone motifications also has had a better comprehend. The deeply research will speed up the translation of histone code, and help us to recognize the essence of the plants gene expression and regulation.
