摘要
论述了酸性水汽提装置的技术特点和运行情况。通过对装置物料平衡和能量平衡的计算,分析了影响装置能耗的因素,指出装置能耕过高主要应从降低加热原料水和降低加热处理气冷凝液的能量等方面进行考虑。可采取的措施包括:提高进料温度,降低汽提蒸汽量、改变酸性气冷凝液入塔位置、降低循环水量损耗以及其它技术改造和优化方案。
The process characteristics and operation of the sour water stripper were described. The factors affecting the unit energy consumption were analyzed through the material and energy balance calculation, which concluded that the higher energy consumption of the unit was mainly attributed to the energy requirement for heating the feedstock and condensate of treated gas. The measures that can be taken are raising feedstock inlet temperature, lowering stripping steam requirement, changing the inlet location of sour gas condensate, reducing cooling water requirement as well other cost - effective measures.
