逍遥散及其拆方对行为绝望模型小鼠的影响

Effects of Xiaoyao San and its Composition Parts of Prescription on the Despair Animal Models of Depression in Mice

目的观察逍遥散及其拆方的抗抑郁作用,为探讨逍遥散的组方原理提供实验依据。方法采用小鼠悬尾实验、小鼠强迫游泳实验及小鼠自主活动测定等观察逍遥散及其拆方的抗抑郁作用。结果逍遥散、单味柴胡、当归+白芍药对以及逍遥散去归芍组均能明显缩短行为绝望模型小鼠的不动时间,并对小鼠自主活动无影响;逍遥散去柴胡组与白术+茯苓药对未表现出减少不动时间的作用。结论逍遥散具有抗抑郁作用,其君药-柴胡在方中发挥重要作用;"抑木扶土"可能为其组方原理之一。

Objective To study the anti - depressant effects of Xiaoyao San and its composition parts of prescription , so to explore the regularity of Xiaoyao San composition. Methods The tail suspension test, forced swimming test and locomotor activity test were adopted in mice, and the antidepressant effects of Xiaoyao San and its different composition parts were observed. Results Xiaoyao San, single Chaihu, Danggui and Baishao compatibility, and Xiaoyao San without Danggui and Baishao significantly short -ened the immobility time in the forced swimming test and in the tail suspension test in mice , while had no influence on locomotoractivity. Baizhu and Fuling compatibility, Xiaoyao San without Chaihu had no significant influence on the immobility time . Conclusion Xiaoyao San has an antidepressant - like effect in the despair animal models of depression in mice . The principal drug Chaihu plays an important role in its anti -depression effect. ＂Inhibiting wood （liver） to support earth （spleen）＂ may be one of the regularity of Xiaoyao San composition.
