黄瓜香对小鼠免疫功能调节的实验研究

Study on the Effect the Aqueous Extract from Viola Diffusa Ging on Immune Function in Mice

目的研究黄瓜香水提物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定、免疫器官重量法等方法,评价黄瓜香对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果黄瓜香水提物0.8,0.4 mg/ml剂量组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异,能增加免疫器官重量,提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,0.04 mg/ml剂量组无显著性差异。结论黄瓜香水提物对小鼠非特异性免疫功能有促进作用。

Objective To study the effect of the aqueous extract from Viola diffusa Ging （VDG） on immune function in mice. Methods The aqueous extract from Viola diffusa Ging was given orally at doses of 0.8,0.4,0.04 mg/kg for 7days respectively. The weights of immune organs and intraperitoneal maerophege phagocytosis experiment were taken to assess the immune function in mice. Results It showed that the aqueous extract of VDG could significantly increase the weights of immune organs, elevate phagoctic percentage and phagocytic index of phagocyte （P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion It suggests that the aqueous extract of VDG can enhance the immune function.
