山蜡梅叶挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨江西婺源产山蜡梅叶挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山蜡梅叶挥发油,采用GC-MS联用仪分析其挥发油的化学成分。结果共分离出93个组份,鉴定了其中67个化学成分,其中含量在2%以上的成分有13个,并且以桉树脑含量最高(16.599%)。结论该法分离效果良好,对山蜡梅叶挥发油开发应用研究提供参考。 Objective To explore the chemical components of the essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. leaves from Wuyuan, Jiangxi province. Methods The essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. leaves was extracted by distillation with water vapour , and the chemical components of the essential oil was analyzed by GC - MS. Results 93 components were separated, 67 of them were identified, 13 of them had the content over 2% , and the content of Eucalyptol was the richest ( 16. 599% ). Conclusion This method is good for separating and analyzing the components of the essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. leaves, and can provide reference for studies on the exploitation and application of the essential oil of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. leaves.
