摘要
目的建立辛夷药材中按油精含量的测定方法。方法采用水匀浆破碎,挥发油提取器中回流提取,FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30mm×0.32mm,0.32μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,以苯乙烯为内标,毛细管气相色谱法测定辛夷药材中按油精的含量。结果在桉油精进样量为0.4~3.0mg时有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);加标平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.8%。结论加水匀浆破碎可有效地防止破碎过程中按油精的挥发。不同产地辛夷药材按油精含量相差很大。
Objective To develop a GC method for determination of cineol in Xinyi. Methods Xinyi was pulverized with water, extracted and separated with the capillary column FFAP ( 30 mm × 0.32 mm, 0.32 μm) and the content of cineol detected by flame ionization detector (FID). Styrene was selected as the internal standard . Results The linear range of the method was 0.4 3.0 mg (r =0. 999 8) , the average recovery was 99.3% , RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion There exists considerable difference in the content of cineol in Xinyi, water stirring and pulverizing can avoid the volatility of cineol in the stirring process availably .
