蝉花中ISP类免疫活性组分含量测定的研究

Research on the Content Determination of ISP-like Immunoregulational Ingredient in Cordyceps Cicadae

目的建立快速、高效测定蝉花ISP类免疫活性组分含量的方法。方法采用茚三酮比色法测定ISP类次生代谢产物的含量，通过线性度和线性范围、精密度、稳定性及准确度等指标评价该方法。结果该方法检测线性范围为6—30μg／ml，相关系数为0．9997，平均回收率为101．20％，RSD为0．79％。结论茚三酮比色法简便快捷、结果稳定、灵敏度高，可作为测定蝉花ISP类免疫活性组分的有效方法。

Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive method for determination of the content of ISP - like immunoregulational ingredient in C. cicadae. Methods The content of ISP - like ingredients was determined by ninhydrin colorimetric method . The validity and veracity of the method were evaluated through some indexes such as linearity and range , precision, stability, and accuracy. Results The linear range was 6 - 30 μg/ml, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9997, the average recovery rate was 101.20%, and RSD was 0.79%. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, accurate, and sensitive. It can be used for the effective analysis of the content of ISP - like immunoregulational ingredient in C. cicadae .
