大豆苷元对神经母细胞瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨大豆苷元对神经母细胞瘤SH—SY5Y细胞凋亡和增殖的影响。方法采用细胞生长抑制实验(MTT法)、流式细胞仪检测等方法观察SH—SY5Y细胞的形态变化、细胞凋亡率及细胞周期变化。结果10.0~80.0μg/ml的大豆苷元明显抑制细胞的增殖,且有剂量依赖性;与对照组相比,大豆苷元处理24h后,各组SH—SY5Y细胞均出现亚二倍体峰(Sub—G1),细胞凋亡率与大豆苷元呈剂量依赖性。结论大豆苷元可诱导神经母细胞瘤SH—SY5Y细胞凋亡,对SH—SY5Y细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Daidzein on neuroblastoma. Methods The proliferation was tested by MTT assay. Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were determined by flow cytometry. Results 10.0 - 80.0 μg/ml of Daidzein could significantly in hibit proliferation of SH -SYSY cell, Daidzein extract could induce apoptosis of SH -SYSY cell and the rate of apoptosis was in creased with the increase of the drug concentration. Conclusion Daidzein extract can induce apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of SH - SY5Y cell.
