摘要
目的测定决明子中5种蒽醌类成分的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Shim-pack CLC-ODS C18柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1 ml/min;:λ440 nm。结果该方法准确可靠,重现性好。结论该方法可以测定决明子中5种蒽醌类成分的含量。
Objective To determine the content of anthraquinones in Semen Cassiae. Methods HPLC method was developed . The separation was performed on an ODS column with the mobile phase of CH3OH -0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detection wavelength was 440 nm. Results This method was convenient and reliable. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of anthraquinones in Semen Cassiae.
