炮制后鲜卑花属植物叶中熊果酸的超声提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的优选炮制后鲜卑花属植物叶中熊果酸的超声提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,考察超声功率(A)、时间(B)、次数(C)和溶媒用量(D)4个影响因素,以熊果酸含量为评价指标,并采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果超声影响因素主次顺序为D、B、A、C。结论熊果酸的超声提取最佳工艺为用8倍量无水乙醇浸泡30 min后,在输入功率80%下超声20 min 2次。 Objective To optimize the conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Sibirae. Methods The four relevant factors - ultrasonic power( A), ultrasonic time (B), ultrasonic times (C)and solvent volume (D) were investigated by the L^9 (3^4) orthogonal design. The content of ursolic acid was defined as the standard index. Results The experimental results showed that the factor D was the most important one. Conclusion The optimum condition of the ultrasonic extraction is that the sample is soaked in 8 fold of ethanol for half an hour, and then extracted for 30 min under the power of 80% by ultrasonic extraction twice.
