虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝的生药鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种菌类药材的生药鉴定方法。方法从形态特征、显微特征、理化性质方面对虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种真菌进行系统观察和鉴别,采用紫外-可见光谱(UV-V is)法对两种真菌的乙醇提取物进行表征区分。结果两者在形态特征、显微特征、理化性质、紫外吸收方面均呈现出不同。结论该鉴定方法操作简便,重复性好,测定结果准确,可作为虎奶菇和虎乳灵芝两种菌类药材的鉴定依据。 Objective To evaluate the identification methods for the sclerotium of Pleurotus tuber-regium( Fr. )Sing and Lignosus rhinoceros(Cooke) Ryv. Methods To overall survey and distinguish the two Rinds of fungus on morphological, microscopic identification,physical and chemical character, and to determine the absorption of the ethanol extract by UV -Vis spectra. Results The two kinds of fungus were distinct on morphologic, microscopic identification,physical and chemical character, and UV absorption. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for identification of the sclerotium of Pleurotus tuber -reglum ( Fr. ) Sing and Lignosus rhinoceros ( Cooke ) Ryv. s (Cooke) Ryv. ; Identification
