摘要
提出并设计了一种低速输出的谐波减速式行波超声波电动机,分析了其工作原理,并利用样机研究了行波超声波电动机和组装后的谐波超声波电动机的频率速度特性,获得双面齿行波超声波电动机和谐波减速式超声波电动机的最大空载速度,且实验获得的传动比比设计的理论传动比大20%。实验结果表明该电机能够低速可靠的运行。
The harmonic drive reducer the traveling wave ultrasonic motor (TWUSM) with low speed was presented and designed. First, the working principle of the two-sided TWUSM and the harmonic friction drive was analyzed. Then the structures of the two-sided TWUSM and the harmonic TWUSM were designed. Last, the frequency - velocity characteristic of the TWUSM prototype and that of the harmonic reducer TWUSM prototype were studied by experiment. The maximum noload velocity of the TWUSM and that of the harmonic ultrasonic motor were obtained. The transmission ratio obtained by experiment was 20% larger than the transmission ratio designed. The experiment result showed that the prototype can rotate reliably at low speed.
