摘要
烟草企业产品的社会价值具有显见的二重性,因此烟草企业的社会责任具有自身否定性。这些社会责任包括:树立"国家利益、消费者利益和公众健康利益至上"的价值观,积极参与环境保护和社会公益、慈善事业,积极参与控烟和禁烟,改善产品、开发新的替代产品,减少烟草企业数量。
The social value of the tobacco enterprise products is obviously dual. Therefore the social responsi-bilities of tobacco enterprise are self-negativity. The social responsibilities include to establish a value view of the benefit of nation, consumer and the public health first, to take part in the activities of environmental protection, social public welfare and charity, to control and prohibit smoking, to promote the products or develop new substitutive products, to reduce the number of tobacco enterprises.
