桦甸油页岩及半焦孔结构的特性分析 被引量:17

摘要 在美国康塔公司生产的AWTOSOB自动吸附仪上对桦甸油页岩及不同终温下制得的半焦进行等温氮吸附试验,得到油页岩及半焦的吸附型线和脱附回线,并应用BET和B.J.H方法分别计算了样品的比表面积和孔径分布.结果表明:干馏终温对油页岩的孔结构具有较大影响,在700℃以下,半焦比表面积和孔体积随干馏终温升高而增大;半焦的孔结构发达,吸水能力强,最好采用干法除焦方式,以便进一步利用油页岩半焦. In this research, four semi-coke samples derived from oil shale of HUADIAN city at different final pyrolysis temperatures were investigated on Chantachrome AWTOSOB auto-adsorption analyzer in order to obtain adsorption-desorption isotherms and hyeteresis loops. The analysis result has shown that all the absorption isotherms of samples were attributed to type II isotherms with H3 hysteresis loops, which indicates that those samples consist of continuous and complete system of pores. The BET and B. J. H methods were applied to calculate specific area, total volume and pore size distribution. Under the experimental condition, the BET surface area and total volume of the pores increased sharply when the pyrolysis temperature increased up to different final values (400℃,500℃,600℃,700℃). The dry coke treatment procedure is also recommended for further more utilization of semi-coke from oil shale.
