摘要
采用离子交换的方式制备银系沸石基抗菌剂,然后采用不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)对其进行有机化处理,并与聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融共混纺丝。测试了纤维的热性能、力学性能、表观形态及抗菌能力。结果表明:抗菌剂的引入使聚丙烯产生了异相成核,提高了结晶度,降低了纤维的拉伸强度;PEG的引入能减缓共混纤维力学性能的下降。
The silvern zeolite antimicrobial agent was synthesized via the method of ion-exchange. Modified by different molecular weight PEG, the agent was filled into polypropylene for preparation of ant/bacterial PP blended fiber. The thermal behavior, mechanical property, surface morphology and antibacterial capability were tested. Results showed that zeolite antimicrobial as a nucleating agent improved the crystallization, lowered the tensile strength of blended fiber. The PEG slowed down the decreasing of blended fiber's tensile strength. The blended fiber killed the bacteria obviously and satisfied the requirements of broadspectrum, efficient and quick antibacteria.
