摘要
选用含有醚键和甲烷基结构的第三单体,制备了不同第三单体配比的PPTA共聚物并制备出纤维。第三单体的加入显著改善了聚合体的溶解性能,同时也影响了聚合体的耐热性。采用热失重的方法,对在不同升温速率、不同气氛中,以不同百分比配比的第三单体所制备的PPTA共聚物纤维进行热分解动力学分析,运用了Friedman法计算热分解动力学参数。
The third mononers with aether bond and methane bond were added to produce PPTA fibre. The solubility of PPTA copolymer was improved obviously with third monomer adding, but heat resistance of polymer was influenced. Using the method of the thermal degradation, at different rising velocity and different percent of the third monomer, the kinetics of thermal degradation of PPTA and its copolymer were analyzed, the kinetics parameters were calculated by Friedman method.
