摘要
激烈的人才竞争,使高校薪酬制度变革的内在需求不断上升。分析了高校竞争型发展战略模式,给出了基于战略的高校薪酬制度的基本模型、纵向整合模型以及横向整合模型。
The keen competition for the talented people causes the increasing intrinsic demand for the reform of the salary system of colleges and universities. The competitive developing strategy pattern of colleges and universities was analyzed. The basic model of the salary system of colleges and universities, the model of vertical integration and horizontal integration were presented.
