摘要
基于抽样问卷调查,分析了目前我国航空公司人力资源管理的现状及存在的不足。对航空公司人力资源危机的征兆、表现形式及危机诱因进行了剖析,认为诱发人力资源危机的因素主要来自于管理的理念层面、组织层面、制度层面和执行层面。构建了航空公司人力资源危机预警管理系统,探讨了该系统的运行流程和工作方式,以实现警报、矫正和免疫三大功能。
Based on the sample questionnaire survey, the human management situations of China's airlines and the problems were analyzed. The signs, the representation and the reasons related to human resource crisis were discussed. It holds the point that the notional, organizational, normative and performing facets attributed to the reason. The early warning management system for the human resource crisis in airlines was designed, and the operating process and working models were probed in order to realize the early warning, rectifying and immunizing functions.
