高能聚焦超声对膀胱癌患者血清中SIL-2R水平的影响

Effect of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment on serum level of SIL-2R in patients with bladder cancer

目的研究高能聚焦超声(high Intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)对膀胱癌患者血清中SIL-2R水平的影响。方法32例膀胱癌患者进行HIFU治疗,分别于治疗前1d和治疗后第1,3,7d检测患者外周血SIL-2R水平。15例健康体检者作为正常对照。结果与治疗前比较,患者血中SIL-2R水平显著降低(P<0.01)并呈逐渐下降的趋势;病理分级Ⅰ级患者的SIL-2R水平下降程度较Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者间相比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论HIFU对膀胱癌患者的细胞免疫功能具有正相调节作用。

Objective To study the effect of high intensity focused uhrasound（HIFU） treatment on serum level of SIL-2R in patients with bladder cancer.Methods The serum level of SIL-2R in 32 patients with bladder cancer were tested before treatment and at 1,3,7 days after being treated by HIFU.15 normal adults were tested as controls.Results After HIFU treatment,the serum level of SIL-2R in patients dropped significanflyand （P〈0.01）went down gradually.The serum level of SIL-2R in pathologic grade Ⅰ was remarkably lower than that in pathologic grade Ⅱ （P〈0.01）and Ⅲ（P〈0.01）.Conclusion HIFU can enhance the cellular immune of the patients with bladder cancer.
