^60Co-γ射线辐照对厚皮甜瓜皇后和伽师瓜F1种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照对厚皮甜瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。用0、300、450、6007、50、900和1050 Gy剂量的60Co-γ射线分别辐照厚皮甜瓜皇后、伽师瓜F1种子,观测辐照后种子的发芽势和发芽率,幼苗期子叶面积、幼苗高度、根冠比和干物质积累量生理指标和生化指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(POD)活性,结果显示:60Co-γ射线辐照对皇后、伽师瓜F1种子的萌发均有抑制作用,但同一剂量对两品种影响不同;300、450、600和750 Gy的辐照对两品种幼苗的生长均有不同的作用,较高剂量(600和750 Gy)辐照对幼苗生长的促进作用较为显著,高剂量辐照(900和1050 Gy)明显抑制其幼苗生长;不同剂量的辐照均降低了幼苗叶片中SOD和POD活性,但随辐照时间的延长(600、750和900 Gy)SOD活性有所回升,POD活性逐渐下降。 In order to investigate the changes of Huanghou and Jiashigua F1 seeds treated with different dosages of ^60Co-γ rays. 0,300,450,600,750,900 and 1 050 Gy were selected to treat the seeds. Then, germination energy and germination rate, cotyledon area, cotyledon height, R/T, dry weight accumulation, activity of SOD and activity of POD were observed. The results Showed that ^60Co-γ rays treatments could restrain germination of Huangdou and Jiashigua F1 seeds, but, the same dosages had different effects; seedling growth of Huanghou and Jiashigua F1 were dissimilarly affected by the dosages of 300,450,600 and 750 Gy, especially, it was obviously promoted by 600 and 750 Gy and controlled by 900 and 1 050 Gy; ^60Co-γ rays treatments could reduce the activity of SOD and POD, yet , the SOD activity were promoted and POD were lowered by 600,750 and 900 Gy.
