摘要 主要概述了核果类果树常见病毒病及病毒检测方面的研究进展。指示植物法、电镜技术、血清学法在病毒检测方面曾发挥过一定的作用,但均存在一定的缺点;分子生物学检测因其快速、灵敏等特点已越来越多地应用于果树病毒的检测。针对核果类果树病毒国内外检测方面的研究进展做一综述,并提出了目前国内核果类果树病毒研究的发展方向,旨在为我国核果类果树病毒的研究提供一定的参考。 In this paper, the common virus diseases and the progress on virus detection of stone fruits were summarized, and some perspectives were concluded, which will provide some reference for stone fruits virus research. Indicator plants, electron microscope, serological methods have detection limits. Molecular biotechnological methods have been increasingly used in virus detection due to their rapidness, sensitivity etc.
