汽车侧门安全性试验台数据采集系统的研制

摘要 为了充分采集实车撞击的试验数据,研制了乘用车侧门安全性能试验台数据采集系统,包括图像系统和控制系统,图像系统采用三维法跟踪采集车身上数十个特征点的变形轨迹,控制系统以光为媒介,达到加载系统和图像系统同步采集和控制的目的。 In order to fully acquire the tentative data during the real vehicle collision, the data acquisition system, including image and control systems has been developed for the vehicle side impact test platform. The image system uses a 3D method to track the distortion paths of dozens of characteristic points on automobile body. The control system synchronizes the loading and image systems by light signal.
