摘要
运用FPGA技术,实现了光栅尺反馈信号的输出。光栅信号经过FPGA倍频鉴相后,通过8254计数器获得反馈位置信息,DSP模块根据反馈的位置信息完成伺服电机的闭环控制。最后,通过软件的仿真验证了实际的电路。该电路可广泛应用于各类闭环运动控制系统中。
This paper explored the FPGA technology, and the output of feedback signals from the grating sensor by means of FPGA can be accepted by DSP module after frequency multiplier and phase detector. The closing function of the servo electric machinery can be carried out by the 8254 counter,and the position of the closed circuit can be brought under control. Finally, the real circuit is verified by means of the software's simulation.
