摘要
根据铝的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱图(308.215,394.401,396.152 nm)上锆的干扰谱信息,结合分光方程的计算,确定了中阶梯分光光谱仪上存在着锆对铝的高级次光谱干扰。在铝线308.215 nm处锆线(260.42 nm(129级),313.98 nm(107级),349.958 nm(96级),381.758 nm(88级),442.046 nm(76级))有干扰;在铝线394.401 nm处锆线(376.675nm(89),272.547 nm(123级),263.96 nm(127级),253.965 nm(132级))有干扰;在铝线396.152 nm处锆线(561.211 nm(60级),350.767 nm(96级),285.366 nm(118级))有干扰。
The interference of zirconium on aluminum secondary spectrum in the spectrophotometer was studied. According to interfering information of zirconium in the spectrogram of aluminum ICP- AES and calculation with formula, interference was confirmed. The interferences on Al(308. 215 nm) are from Zr 260.42 nm(order:129),313.98 nm(order: 107),349. 958 nm(order.96),381. 758 nm(order:88) ,442. 046 nm(order:76). The interferences for Al(394. 401 nm) are from Zr 376. 675 nm(order:89) ,272. 547 nm(order:123) ,263. 96 nm(order : 127),253. 965 nm(order: 132). The interferences for Al(396. 152 nm) are from Zr 561. 211 nm (order:60),350. 767 nm(order:96),285. 366 nm(order: 118).
