摘要
在HAc—NaAc介质中,乳化剂OP和β-环糊精(β-CD)存在下,铁与水杨基荧光酮(SAF)形成复杂络合物使荧光猝灭,由此建立了测定微量铁的荧光猝灭新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=522nm。25mL溶液中Fe(Ⅲ)量在0.035~3.0μg范围内荧光猝灭值(ΔF)与Fe(Ⅲ)浓度呈线性关系,其回归方程为ΔF=44.3P(μg/25mL)+55.7,相关系数r=0.9998,方法检出限为1.3μg/L。用于测定自来水中的微量铁,回收率在99.0%~100.5%之间。
A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace ferrum is proposed in HAc-NaAc medium and in the presence of OP and β-CD,where a ternary complex is formed by Fe(Ⅲ) and salicylfluorone to conduce to fluorescence quenching. The maximum excitation and emission wave- lengths are 365 nm and 522 nm, respectively. The linear range is 0. 035--3.0 μg/25mL. The linear equation is ΔF=44. 3 ρ(μg/25 mL)+55.7. The correlation coefficient is 0. 999 8 and the detection limit is sam 1.3 μg /L. The method has been applied to the direct determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in tap water ples with the recovery of 99.0-100.5%.
