摘要
应用ANSYS软件采用接触法对6120Q-1型柴油机的连杆进行有限元分析.通过分析计算出最大拉、压力并进行加载,得出了连杆接触面间的压力分布、连杆的应力分布及强度等,并对连杆进行了优化设计。
The paper uses the contact methold to make FEA to 6120Q - 1 model diesel engine connecting - rod by ANSYS and calculates maximum tensile force and press. By loading, press distribution on joining area of connecting - rod, stress distribution and strength of connecting - rod are derived to optimize the design of the connecting - rod.
