摘要 目的是设计一种高性能低压大电流模块以满足新一代飞机高性能机载计算机的发展需求。采用了零电压软开关技术和同步整流(SR)技术,对传统的降压式变换器(BUCK)进行了优化设计,使得开关频率高达500 kHz,效率高达94%,功率密度6.3 W/cm3,动态负载响应恢复时间80μs,上冲幅值32 mV,下冲幅值24mV。使用Pspice对该电路进行仿真,得到的仿真结果同理论分析一致。最后给出了5 V输入,2.5 V/15 A输出低压大电流模块的实验数据、波形和结论。 A module of high performance low voltage/ high current was designed to meet demand of new the generation high performance airborne computer . The performance of tradition buck converter is optimized by adopting zero voltage switching(ZVS) and synchronous rectification(SR) technology, as a result, switching frequency is upgraded to 500 kHz, efficency is to 94 %, power density is to 6.3 W/cm^3, recovery time of dynamic response is 80 μs,overrush voltage is 32 mV , downrush is 24 mV . The circuit is simulated by Pspice, the simulation result accords with theory analysis. Finally given the experiment data, wave and conclusion for low voltage/ high current module about 5 V input and 2.5 V/15 A output .
