摘要
为实现开放式数控系统中主轴及辅助功能,在基于实时嵌入式多任务操作系统RTL inux的软件平台上以及工业嵌入式计算机PC-104的硬件平台上,采用并口作为主轴电机及辅助功能的驱动控制接口,利用有限状态机设计了相应的开关和调速功能,该方法在节约系统硬件资源同时可有效实现数控系统的主轴控制。
To fulfill the spindle and auxiliary function of the open CNC system, the real-time embedded muhi-task operation system RTLinux was used for software platform and industrial embedded computer PC-104 was used for hardware platform, and the parallel interface was adopted as the main spindle drive control interface. The switch and speed-regulation function of the spindle motor was designed by the finite state machine. The technique can realize the main spindle control effectively, and conserve the hardware resource as much as possible.
