摘要
研究并设计了光盘注塑模具的冷却系统,光盘动镜面和定镜面采用漩涡状循环冷却方式,加速了塑件的冷却速度,提高了成型效率,保证了光盘尺寸的稳定性。浇口Sprue与冲子Punch的循环式冷却,同样缩短了注塑成型周期,使光盘生产周期达到2—3s。
Cooling system of CD injection mould was studied and designed. Using the circinate cooling way in the moving plate and stationary plate of CD injection mould, the cooling speed of CD parts was accelerated, the molding efficiency was raised, and the stability of CD size was improved. Circulatory cooling way was used in the Sprue and Punch of the mould, which shortens the molding cycle, makes it only have 2 -3s of one molding cycle.
